Private label and custom sourcing
Your brand. From detail to delivery.
We help pet brands turn a product idea into a clear specification, then develop samples and plan manufacturing. You own your brand and artwork; we handle product development and production.
What can be customised
- Labels and trims: woven or printed neck labels, size labels, care labels, zipper pulls and D-ring hardware.
- Colour and print: colourways from fabric cards, and prints from artwork you own or have licensed.
- Pattern and sizing: adapting a base pattern to your size chart or to specific breeds.
- Packaging: polybags, hangtags, header cards and boxes carrying your branding and required information.
- Materials: alternative fabrics, linings and sole compounds, subject to factory availability and sampling.
How development works
- Brief. Your market, target customer, retail positioning, styles, sizes and indicative quantities.
- Specification. We agree a tech pack or reference, measurements per size, materials and trims.
- Sampling. Physical samples for fit and finish. Sample cost and timing are confirmed in advance.
- Quotation. A written quote for the approved sample: unit price, MOQ, lead time, packing and trade terms.
- Production and inspection. Pre-production approval, production, and an inspection approach agreed with you.
- Shipment. Handover under the trade terms written into the quotation.
What to prepare
- Your logo files and any artwork, plus confirmation that you own or have licensed them.
- Target retail price range and the channel you sell through.
- The sizes you need and, ideally, your existing size chart.
- Any market rules you must meet, such as labelling language or material restrictions.
- Indicative quantities per style and colour, and whether you can combine colours to reach a minimum.
Boundaries we are clear about
- We do not copy another brand’s designs, logos or prints.
- We do not claim certifications or test results for any product. If your market needs testing, we can discuss arranging third-party tests on your confirmed specification.
- Import duties, local compliance and marketplace rules in your country remain your responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
